 Are You All In?

imageTrust and belief – I guess it is unusual to connect them with business, however, in businesses where teamwork is the focus of activities, trust and belief are necessities. Artists, who work high  up somewhere, are a very good example of absolute trust and belief in each other!

There are several levels to it. When you look at a network marketing company you need to ask yourself, “do I have trust in the company”? Are they having my best wellbeing at heart as they understand we, that is the distributor and the company depend on each other, as one cannot do without the other.

  • There are companies out there who use their distributors as donkeys – they let them work till the company is well off and then they are happy to dispense with some of the top earners in order to put the money they’d have to pay out into their own pocket.
  • On the other hand there are companies out there who are very much aware of this team aspect between distributors and the company and they treat their “field” well. They know about the value of your performance and they cherish you for it and see that you are thriving.

The second level of trust is your trust and belief in the team you signed up with. Are they aware that their network marketing organization is as strong as the weakest limb or are they only looking for heavy hitters and don’t care about the “normal you and me” who build success in network marketing the slow pace – slow but solid.

Do They give you the support and the friendship you need to be your best? If so, great!

The third and probably the governing of all levels is – do you have trust and belief in yourself. You need to grow as a person until you solidly believe in yourself, in who you are, in your capacity to build this network marketing business successful..

You trust and believe that any challenges which come your way are designed to make you grow as a person. You have it in you to be that person who is an incredible leader, who helps others over the stumbling stones to success in network marketing today! You deserve happiness and success – it is your destiny.

Work to become who you really are and you you need to be to be this amazing leader in your life and business!

Responsibilities – WE carry the world!

Yes – we do have a responsibility when we enter a people’s business like network marketing today.

Working with people internationally creates an increased responsibility. There is not only the trust that needs building from person to person, but there also is this element of “being foreign” that needs to be bridged, which takes building even more trust.

In this process as people get to know each other and enter into mutual growth processes, honesty, integrity, truth, having the best intention for the other, are necessities which cannot be replaced. Even slight slips, unless acknowledged and mended will have an undesirable impact

Accepting these responsibilities will build relationships strong enough that a successful  life-time business can be built together. These responsibilities work well when they are mutual. Even if one is the teacher at some stage and the other one the pupil – eventually it will be give and take as the teacher gets the pupil that fits and the pupil gets the teacher that fits.

This responsibility also extends to the business that is being built. there needs to be integrity of the field towards the network marketing company in question, but  at the same time there needs to be absolute integrity on behalf of the company towards the field too. One cannot do without the other.

And to state another point – there needs to be responsibility of how we present us, our team, our business to the world. does it happen in a “clean” way without sneaky or secretive actions? Long-term result will show up what is what and who is who.

I hope I got you thinking and you will bear these thoughts in mind when planning, working, building your network marketing business today.  The resulting rate of success will prove your actions right.

Packing things in cotton wool doesn’t solve problems.

True – a positive attitude and a healthy self worth are essential necessities to proceed well in life and business. However there is a lot of misunderstanding around this topic.

If the truth is negative it will not become positive by keeping quiet about it or by talking around it.

It happens at times that people attack me as a coach in mentoring for free – they claim we put out too much negative stuff.

So here is what happens: To make sure that people have a chance to avoid the many traps and crappy offers which are floating around we make an effort to gather them and explain them so that people can SEE.

It doesn’t matter if it is a commission plan concept which will not pay the average person but only a few at the top or policies and procedures which put the distributors of a company at a disadvantage or even bind them totally. Most people don’t understand commission plans or contracts to the extent that they are aware what they are in for. The sad thing about it –  people dream of retiring early, however in many cases the policies and procedures contain a NO NO NEVER – it might say: To get a check you have to provide ongoing training or what I read just recently – you will be terminated if you have not been active for more than 12 months … doesn’t sound like being able to retire ever.

Unfortunately this is only one example of what to watch out for there’s lots more.

Of course stuff like that is negative – yet not telling people is not only negative but crappy – I feel it is a great service to alert people to awareness. Only when you avoid what will harm you, can you have a truly positive experience of life and of building a successful network marketing business.

Life and all that is part of it is prone to accumulating clutter. We are so used to our house, environment, office, wardrobe, shelves, business, network marketing business, that we become blind to its subtle change, the blur that comes in and eventually becomes so dense.

Blog Diagramm

We may stop seeing the outlines, the necessities and may wade in the fog wondering why we are not having the success we dream of.

Of course we are aware we need targeted leads, build relationships with our prospects, make sure they get training and are plugged into a network marketing system that duplicates.

The blur, however, will haze our mind and the whole concept may be or become overwhelming that we cannot focus on what needs to be done next.

In the corporate world much the same happens in companies and as a rule when things  are going down management calls in outside experts who are not “involved” who will see clear, who will give support in analysing which things have gone wrong…

Well you can do the same – accept an offer for free coaching, take a hand offered and follow the guidance.

  • start with the basics and check your policies and procedures, your commission plan and consequently become aware of the strengths and weaknesses of your business. It happens that the entire situation is “not your fault”.
  • check if the way you do your work is a system that duplicates. You need a system which will adapt for every personality type if you actually want to succeed.
  • and check if the system you are working is up to date, because if you follow instructions which may have worked some 15 or more years ago – they are very likely outdated today

To make sure that your “love of the products, business, work environment” doesn’t blur your perception you need this outside input.

Warning:

The truth may not be pleasant – but better to know it now than later if you want to base your life and future on what you are doing.

You deserve the best – nothing but the very best!
